and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
A Realtor© with a CIPS designation has completed the NAR program requirements, demonstrated their international
experience and participates in international programs offered by NAR. A Certified International Property Specialist is
aware of cultural diversities, market data, investment trends, marketing strategies, currency issues and financing
within specific countries.
